An overwhelming show of grassroots support from the delegates of Delta County. The foundation has been laid — now it's on to November.
I am incredibly humbled by the overwhelming show of support I received at today's Delta County Assembly. I received 77% of the delegate votes, which means there will not be a Republican primary election, and I am on the November Ballot.
Earning the trust of delegates at the grassroots level is absolutely critical and is the foundation everything else is built on. I want to thank everyone who participated, those who supported me through this process, and my friends and family.
Also, a very special thank you to Sheriff Taylor and retired Sheriff McKee for standing with me on that stage and expressing their confidence in me.
